About

I'm a photographer based in Norway, specifically in the small township of Ottestad, just outside Hamar, north of Oslo. Needless to say, I am willing to travel. I specialize in architecture, interior design and for some reason I keep shooting panoramas that I plan on doing something with, some day...

Growing up I knew I wanted to do something creative, I played with the idea of architecture, product design, furniture design/production but never landed on anything. After finishing high school I was one of the lucky few that were draftet to serve a mandatory year in the military, when that year was over I decided to travel. I ended up going to see my brother who was studying engineering at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. I had bought a cheap camera to document the trip and fell in love with both Arizona and photography while hiking the Grand Canyon. I also ran into my future wife at a frat party that I sort of stumbled onto.

Almost all the photography classes I attended were taught by two photography professors, one of them is an extremely well organized professional and the other is, well, not organized at all but he is the most creative person I have ever met, and I learned a ton from both of them. Back home I started a small business and got subcontracted to photograph real estate for a larger firm, I also photographed cars for a couple dealerships and had the odd assignment shooting for interior architects and developers. I took on absolutely anything that was thrown my way and was determined to prove my worth as a photographer. A few years later I started a slightly bigger business, stopped working as a sub contractor and even subcontracted a photographer to work with me. I’m now 3500 properties in and I am trying to change the game up a bit, I want bigger projects and more challenges and most importantly, take amazing photos!

So, this is where I am today, focusing all my efforts on doing what I love to do for people that love what they do.

If you work within any of the aforementioned fields and happen to be looking for a photographer, I would love to hear from you. Shoot me an email on my contact page and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
